Shipping to the UK

All purchases will be dispatched by Hermes or courier service within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.

Approximate Delivery Times

UK Destinations: 1-2 Working Days (Overnight carriage IF AVAILABLE) 3 - 5 Working Days (Standard carriage)

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect product or a product that is defective or has been damaged please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order so that we can issue you with a replacement item or a refund. Please note that we may request a photograph of the product to hasten the approval of a refund or replacement.

One of our Customer Service Representatives will review your request for a replacement/refund promptly and will advise you of any further instructions if necessary. Refunds/replacements will not be issued until the product has been returned to our warehouse.

Please allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem with your order prior to leaving feedback on eBay or writing a review on any site.

Please note that replacements/refunds will not be issued if only the packaging of a product is damaged.

Please note that we are not able to ship products to other countries at this time.

In the event that your order has not been received after 10 full working days please contact us and we will investigate the matter to determine the location of your parcel.

Change of Address

When you pay for your order delivery instructions are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Once this occurs we will not be able to change the delivery address for your order. Please ensure that your eBay or store address is correct before you complete the eBay or store checkout process and pay for your order. We are not responsible for delivery of orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided to us by eBay or yourself through the checkout process.

Returns

We guarantee a full money back refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase provided that the product has not been opened, used or had any seals broken or been damaged. To arrange a refund you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order.
